Manage all of your team's work in one place

izi brings together your team’s work and your customer support: tickets with priority and an owner, board, cycles, helpdesk and AI for support, tracked from start to finish — without the usual 40 tools.

§ 02AI Copilot

From a loose note to an organized board

Work isn't born organized. It's born as text in a chat. The izi copilot turns one into the other, and nothing gets created until you approve it.

izi CopilotInput

“We agreed Diego moves the login to SSO this week — it’s the most urgent thing because the client asked for it. Paula updates the onboarding guide. There’s a webhook bug that cuts off at 30s. And Sofía owes us the Q3 metrics, but that can wait.”

    Paste the context

Meeting notes, a customer email, a transcribed voice message or a whole brief. No formatting, no templates.

  2. 02

    The AI builds the tickets

izi splits out the tasks, writes clear titles, proposes priority, type, labels, due date and an owner based on the team’s workload — and detects the dependencies between them.

  3. 03

    You approve, the team works

You review each draft, adjust whatever you want, and only what you approve lands on the board, with its owner, labels and dependencies.

§ 03Features

Everything a team needs — and nothing that gets in the way

It's not a board on steroids. It's your team's complete work infrastructure, in a single app paid on a single invoice.

01

Many views of the same work

Board, list, backlog, timeline, calendar and team workload. Switch views without switching tools, and save the filter combination you use every day as your own view.

Kanban · Saved views · Filters

02

Cycles and backlog

Sprints with dates, capacity and automatic carry-over of whatever didn't close. The backlog stops being a graveyard.

Sprints · Burndown

03

Real dependencies

Blocks, is blocked by, relates to. izi warns you before the team hits a wall.

Blockers · Order

04

Connected to your repository

Link GitHub or GitLab repos: commits and pull requests move the ticket on their own. The board stops lying because nobody updates it by hand.

05

Automations

When X happens, do Y. Change status, assign, label, notify. Without writing a line of code.

Triggers · No code

06

Reports and dashboards

Throughput, lead time and CSAT. Dashboards you build yourself, not the ones someone else decided for you.

Metrics · Custom

07

Time and estimates

Time logging per ticket, estimate versus actual, and the data you need for the next planning session.

08

Custom fields

Customer, contract, severity, cost center. Your data, your schema — without forcing anyone else’s workflow.

SSO with SAML, IP allowlist, per-project roles, an API with revocable keys and outgoing webhooks.

§ 04Helpdesk

And it takes care of your customers too

Most teams pay for one tool to manage work and another to support customers. Then they spend half their lives syncing the two. In izi it’s the same system.

  • Shared inbox

Email, live chat and the customer portal land in the same inbox, with queues, assignment and canned responses.

  • Knowledge base

Public and internal articles. Agents cite them without leaving the ticket, and customers find them before writing to you.

  • SLA and CSAT

A satisfaction survey when each case closes and, on the Enterprise plan, first-response and resolution targets.

  • Support and product, connected

A support ticket becomes a product ticket without copy and paste. The customer finds out when it’s resolved.

Hi, I can’t export the monthly report. I’m getting a 500 error.

Hi Marta! I see it — it’s the row limit. I’m fixing it for you right now.

§ 07Questions

What everyone asks before signing up

01How is izi different from Jira, Trello or Linear?

Your team’s work and your customer support live in the same system: a support ticket becomes a product ticket without copy and paste. It also charges per organization, not per person. And its AI copilot turns loose messages (notes, emails, reports) into tickets you review before they’re created.

02Does the AI make things up?

It can make mistakes, which is why every answer cites the article from your knowledge base it comes from, so you can verify it. In the helpdesk it suggests replies and articles based on your own content; in projects, the copilot proposes tickets that you review, edit and approve before they’re created. It’s an assistant, not a replacement for the team.

03Can I migrate what I already have?

Yes. izi imports from Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Linear and monday (you export the file from the tool and upload it), as well as Jira and any CSV. You review how statuses and people are mapped before importing, and re-importing the same file doesn’t duplicate tasks.

04Does it connect to my repository?

You link GitHub or GitLab repos and commits and pull requests move the ticket automatically. There’s also a REST API with revocable keys and outgoing webhooks from the Pro plan up.

05What happens to my data?

Each organization’s data is kept separate: the app automatically filters every query by organization in its data access layer. The Enterprise plan adds SSO with SAML and an IP allowlist.

06What languages is it available in?

The app is available in Spanish, English, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, French, Italian, Romanian, German, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Czech, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Chinese (Taiwan), Korean, and Thai. Each person on the team picks their own language without affecting anyone else.

07Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from the billing settings and without calling anyone. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then drops to Free — your data isn’t deleted.

Your team already does the work.Don't let the tool get in the way.
